Bellingen

Experiences in Australia

Bellingen is mid way between Sydney and Brisbane on the Pacific Highway. Bellingen has a laid back atmosphere and known to locals as 'Bello'. Bellingen has retained it's heritage charm and country town feel and easily seen on one of the horse drawn carriage tours.

Explore the Never Never creek and the Bellinger river. Close by is the Dorrigo National Park accessible from Dorrigo town. Bellingen is the setting for Peter Carey's "Oscar and Lucinda".
