Gulaga (Mount Dromedary) – Named by Captain Cook because of the camel shaped hump, this mountain dominates the landscape around Tilba and Narooma on the NSW South Coast. Millions of year ago this was an active volcano and at its peak was estimated to be over 3km high. Today it is about 900m but still offers great views of the surrounding countryside. Explore the area where you will find some beautiful walks and old mining tracks. Paula Duggan
