Jamberoo is located 10 km to the west of Kiama is one of the most picturesque areas of New South Wales Coast. Jamberoo has lush pastures which are surrounded by towering escarpments. Jamberoo is also known for its quality dairy products.

Jamberoo hotel located on the Allowrie Street has bush bands on Sunday night. Market is conducted at Kevin Walsh Oval on the last Sunday of each month. The month of September marks for Illawarra Folk Festival.

Jamberoo Recreational Park located 3 km to the north of Jamberoo is a family fun park. Saddleback Lookout which is present 7 km to the south provides the visitor with 180 degree views of coast. Jamberoo is also the starting point for Hoddles trail which is a 1 hr walk to Barren Grounds escarpment. Walking trails and Bird Watching are present on the Barren Grounds. Bird Observatory is located at 10 km to the south west on Drualla Road. Minnamurra Rainforest centre is located 4 km to the west of Jamberoo.
Jamberoo Fun Park
The Jamberoo Fun Park is located approx 5 km north of the town of Jamberoo on the NSW South Coast not far from Kiama. This family park has a chairlift, toboggan runs, water slides, rock jumping, mini golf tho keeps the kids amused. There are picnic facilities with barbeques, a kiosk and toilet facilities. There is a small admission fee. The park is open on weekends from 10 -5 as well as public and school holidays. Paula Duggan
Minnamurra Rainforest and Waterfall
Part of the Buderoo National Park and is 6km west of Jamberoo. The walk to the rainforest is a great walking adventure made easy by a raised wooden walkway which is suitable for wheelchair access. The walk to the waterfall is a little harder but well worth the effort. There are Picnic and barbeques areas as well as a kiosk. Paula Duggan
